Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: All orders are sent out within 48hrs of cleared payment.  Postage is via the Royal Mail and we always use recorded or international recorded delivery. Uk delivery is approx 2-3 days and international 5-10 days.

Q: What happens if my order does not arrive?

A: Don't worry! All orders are fully insured against loss by the Royal Mail. A claim will be submitted on your behalf.

A: E-mail us as soon as possible and return the watch for a refund or replacement item.
